How do I wash my sleeping bag?

This all depends on the manufacturers care instructions. With Vango sleeping bags the manufacturers have advised that if you must wash your sleeping bag you should do so by spot cleaning it by hand with lukewarm (30°C) soapy water and a sponge. If the sleeping bag is exceptionally soiled, contact the manufacturer for instructions. You must also ensure you air your sleeping bag after washing. To avoid having to wash your sleeping bag you could buy a sleeping bag liner that will keep the inside of your sleeping bag clean and can easily be washed.
